From the early age of 5 years, Elena started singing solo folk music from Asturias’ region. It is from her 15 years old that she starts going to private singing lessons and acquiring knowledge on several styles: classic singing, baroque, renaissance, pop, jazz, musical theatre and choral singing technique.

Elena’s vocal curiosity makes her wanting to expand her knowledge on the path of the singing voice through courses of diverse singing techniques/training.

Thanks to the personal and daily vocal workout she does, she has been able to collaborate and belong to several, varied and complementary musical groups, facing musical repertoire that goes from the beginning of the singing era to current contemporary music.

Voces Blancas del Nalón: Youth equal femenine voices. Musical Direction: Oscar Allen

Femme Fetén: Vocal feminine group, whose members are professional musicians that came from different backgrounds such as classical or jazz music. The repertoire covers jazz standards and arrangements of some of the most important poems of the 20th century. Musical direction: Mapi Quintana

Ensemble Voblana: Adult equal voices feminine group; specialized on the performance of the fantastic generation of current Spanish composers, covering as well many contemporary world music.

Folk group ‘L’esperteyu’: Group specialized on the interpretation and performance of traditional Asturian repertoire.
